The British Academy Of Composers and Songwriters 2007 Lyric Writing Seminar |
The seminar discussed many aspects of the art of Lyric writing. the four man panel was chaired by Gary Osborne (famed lyricist worked with Elton John,wrote the lyrics for War Of The Worlds) |

The legendary writer Barry Mason shared with academy members many insights and personal experiences from his illustrious carreer (he wrote the lyrics for Tom Jones' Delilah!) |
Valuable contributions were made by Michelle Escoffrey, also on the panel, talking about her experiences writing for The UK chart act Liberty X |
Blair McDonald of Nettwerk Publishing provided a publishers view of the creative lyric writing process. He discussed with fellow panellists and academy members the importance of a great lyric. |
